So the main benefit was that we were able to, one, save costs of not having to create a sales model suite, which is very expensive for a smaller amount of units. Two, help create the tools, and in fact, created the tools that were very much present on our website, which was important, and that drove sales through the door. And I think just the ease at which we were able to get all of this done. They understood the unique nature of our project. In a pro forma that I'm working on right now on a project has 78 line items in it about costs - about construction costs. But it has marketing is 1 line item, right? And sales is 1 line item. And revenue is eight line items. So I have literally 78 cost line items, I have eight for revenue, and I have one for marketing, and one for sales.

Those line items need to be detailed, and you need to break down the efficacy of those things. And there's a discipline to do that the cost side, that just, most builders are not aware of, the opportunity there. But you can't analyze numbers that you don't have.
